The Bank offers property secured funding to individuals through ABB - Extra or ABB- Extra+ credit lines. As a collateral can be accepted real estate, land parcel or a vehicle. ABB-Extra is a consumer loan secured by real estate, enabling to receive funding in the amount of 3 -100 mln AMD with a maturity of 30 to 120 months. The annual nominal interest rate of the loan ranges from 15 to 18%, and the annual effective interest rate - from 16.9 to 23.7%. With ABB-Extra+ customers can get a credit line in the amount of 3-50 mln AMD against not only immovable but also movable property. The credit line will be provided for a period of 40-120 months against real estate security, and for 40-60 months - against movable property security. The annual nominal interest rate of the credit line ranges from 16 to 18%, and the annual effective interest rate ranges from 18.2 to 23.7%. Loans are provided based on borrower’s income, as well as without income analysis.
