Customer rights

Dear customer,

Any person, has the right to receive information about "AMIO BANK" CJSC in case of written application in accordance with Article 20, Part 3, Article 43, Part 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Banks and Banking", as well as copies of the information specified in part 1 of Articles 16, 120 and 126 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”.

The Bank provides the above mentioned information within 5 working days after submission of a written application, in the manner specified in the application, and in case of absence of a note, in the manner the application was received.

A written application can be submitted in the following ways:

The consequent steps of the process of accepting/receiving complaints from customers and responding to them is regulated by the “Administrative act of submission, examination and provision of responses to customers’ complaints, demands and applications" (arm) approved by "AMIO BANK" CJSC Board’s decision No. 15/3 dated 16.11.2023.

Financial System Mediator

Dear customer, "AMIO BANK" CJSC has signed an Agreement on the waiver of the right to dispute the decisions of the Financial System Mediator applicable only for those complaints, the amount of the property claim does not exceed AMD 250,000, or the equivalent foreign currency, and the transaction amount does not exceed AMD 500,000 or equivalent foreign currency.

The office of Financial System Mediator is aimed at claim resolution submitted by the consumer against the financial organization, who are natural persons, including guarantors or pledgers, legal entities considered as subjects of micro-enterprises or sole proprietors, related to the services provided by the financial organization and contain a property claim not exceeding ten million Armenian drams or the equivalent amount in foreign currency, as well as in case of claims related to credit information defined by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On circulation of credit information and activities of credit bureaus”, also non-property claims.
