What to do if you have a complaint?

Dear Client!

Everyone is entitled to get information about “ARMBUSINESSBANK” CJSC, stipulated by Section 3 Article 20, Section 2 Article 43 of the RA Law “On Banks and Banking”, as well as Articles 16, 120, and Section 1 Article 126 of the RA Law “On Securities Market”, as well as copies of documents. “ARMBUSINESSBANK” CJSC provides the above-mentioned information on the basis of a written request. You can submit a written request in one of the following ways:

A fee of 10 drams is charged for one printed page and the documents are provided at the Head Office of the Bank (48 Nalbandyan, Yerevan, 0010, Armenia) within 5 (five) working days after payment of the fee. In case of electronic delivery, documents are provided free of charge within 3 (three) business days.

Financial System Mediator

The Office of the Financial System Mediator is called to resolve property disputes between financial organizations and consumers that are individuals, individual entrepreneurs, legal entities.

'ARMBUSINESSBANK' CJSC has signed an Agreement on waiver of right to litigate the decisions of the mediator of the financial system, which applies only to complaints and claims, the amount of the property claim of which does not exceed AMD 250,000 or the equivalent amount in foreign currency, while the transaction amount does not exceed AMD 500,000 or the equivalent amount in foreign currency.
